How I Dealt With Depression

          Dealing with depression Depression is a deep emotional/mental state of helplessness and panic. That could either make you turn violent or withdrawn. We all go through periods of depression but what makes us different from one individual to another is how we handle it. I had to intentionally pay attention, so i can find out what triggers me and cut off the sources.         The first thing i discovered was that certain scenario and events, tends to trigger me off. Especially when i watch some movies, read certain stories and listen to certain people or see certain people been mistreated. I paid attention to the kind of movies i watch, stories i read and people i listened to. Movies portraying violence against women, children and vulnerable people was top on the list, same with the stories. Sun burn remedy

Sunburn remedy. This sun isn't skin friendly at all. I kind of got exposed to too much sun today, I didn't wear sunscreen, now my  face feels like pepper spray was sprayed on it. So i just got myself some cucumber can't wait to see how it works it wonders and calm my burning skin. That's if i don't end up eating all of it, Then Shea butter to moisturize and heal the burn. Procedure: Wash the affected area with cold and and a mild soap. Pat dry, take a slice of cold cucumber and gently rob it over the area or blend the cucumber. Strain with a cheese cloth, deep a cotton ball into the juice and apply it on the affected area. Rinse it off after 15minutes and pat dry. Apply Shea butter on the affected area and let it sort the burns. It doesn't matter where you are at in your journey. One thing you can't shove aside is your emotional health. Be happy, appreciate the little things around you, that's the only way to stay positive and happy. Been unhappy won't make any difference, so just go ahead and be happy. You owe yourself that much.
